Draft Environment Impact Report

The release of Draft EIR was a major milestone for the Century City Center project and represents a comprehensive analysis.  Following the release, the Draft EIR will be subject to a 45-day public comment period.

What areas does the Draft EIR analyze?

The Draft EIR analyzes not only the project’s potential environmental impacts as it compares to the previously approved high-rise condominium project for the same site, it also includes a full analysis of potential environmental impacts of the office project as compared to the site as it exists today, a vacant lot.
