Playing by the Rules and Putting People Back to Work

In 1981 the Century City North Specific Plan was developed as a rulebook to regulate growth in Century City well into the future. Century City Center will be built below allowed density and will conform to the Specific Plan without need for amendment.

  • A single 37-story building with 17,102 feet of supporting retail and dining offerings
  • More than 2 acres of tenant gardens and courtyards to cover the entire parking structure
  • 10,338 square feet of one and of two-story, loft-like flexible office space designed for start-ups
  • 2,389 square-foot Mobility Hub, which will encourage Century City employees to utilize public and alternative transit options
  • 39,037 square-foot public plaza with vibrant planting, a garden cafe, seating under groves of trees and wireless connectivity
  • Potential portal location for Century City station of the Westside subway extension of Metro‚Äôs Purple Line
