Century City Center

A Multi-Million Dollar Investment in Real Transit Solutions Today and Connecting to the Westside Subway in the Future

With Century City Center, JMB is not waiting for or relying on the future Westside Subway to address traffic, we are committed to making meaningful transit improvements and choices now.  Here are some key highlights of our traffic mitigation plan as part of the Draft Environmental Impact Report.

Designing a Mobility Hub where today’s commuters and residents can buy transit tickets, find carpool and vanpool matches, rent or store bikes, or rent flex cars

A portal for the future Westside subway extension if the subway station is located at Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Boulevard

Adding an additional bus on Pico Boulevard to improve Westside bus service for commuters

Putting Transit and Carpooling at everyone’s fingertips by funding a new mobile app to link Century City and the Westside to carpool partners, vanpools, transit passes and schedules

Providing real-time cameras at important Westside intersections to help the city improve system performance

Upgrading control measures at several intersections and funding long-term maintenance of transportation control systems
